Sky O'Connor
PolyTantric Method Guide & Instructor
Sky helps guide participants through the philosophy and lived practice of the PolyTantric Method with a grounded, relational, and embodied approach.
As a host of the weekly live community calls and the 13-Week Guided Journey, Sky helps create space for participants to explore questions, share what is arising in their lives, and bring the teachings from the book into practical experience.
Her role is not to tell participants what they should want or how they should live. Instead, she helps facilitate curiosity, self-inquiry, authentic communication, and greater awareness of the patterns and possibilities emerging through the work.

Directors of Practitioner Training
Jonny Reason
Creator of the PolyTantric Method & Practitioner Trainer
Jonny created the PolyTantric Method as an evolving framework for exploring awareness, desire, embodiment, relationships, subtle energy, and authentic expression.
Within the Professional Practitioner Training Program, he helps participants deepen their understanding of the philosophy and learn how its different principles connect in practice.
The training develops the ability to recognize patterns, ask meaningful questions, understand the many interconnected dynamics within a person’s experience, and create pathways toward greater awareness and conscious choice.
The intention is not simply to memorize concepts, but to develop the perspective, communication, awareness, and practical skill needed to guide another person through their own exploration.
Amuna Sun
PolyTantric Method Practitioner Trainer
Amuna brings an intuitive, empathic, and deeply relational perspective to practitioner development.
Working alongside Jonny, she helps practitioners become more perceptive of what may be moving beneath the surface of an interaction, including emotion, vulnerability, resistance, unspoken desire, relational dynamics, and parts of a person’s experience that may be asking for greater expression.
Jonny and Amuna bring complementary perspectives into the training. Jonny helps articulate and contextualize what is being experienced, while Amuna brings attention to what can be sensed, felt, and explored through deeper emotional and intuitive awareness.
Together, they support practitioners in developing both a strong understanding of the method and the embodied sensitivity required to work with the many layers of human experience.
